• To reset your internet options please go to the Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab>
  Scroll down to the bottom of the scroll box. Click 'Restore Defaults'. Put a check in the fourth check box from the bottom "Use TLS 1.0". Scroll to the middle of the scroll box and check "Use HTTP 1.1". Then first click "Apply", and then click "OK". Now please push the f5 on your keyboard to refresh the page. You should be able to click login from our home page and see the correct login screen.



• To allow external documents and the Excel Data Grid to open in a new browser.
  Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu at the top of the tool bar.
  1. Click the Clear History button.
  2. Click the Delete Cookies.
  3. Click the Delete Files and put a check in Delete all offline content.
  4. Navigate to the Security tab.
  5. Click on the green check in the window and the click the sites button.
  6. place your cursor in the text box and type
  https://iqcs.nwcg.gov
  7. Click the add button and then ok.
  8. Now you will want to navigate to the Advanced Tab at the top right.
  9. At the bottom please click the Restore Defaults button.
  10. Please put a check in the Use TLS 1.0 (fourth check box from the bottom)
  11. Please scroll to the middle and look for HTTP 1.1 and check box .
  12. Click Apply and then Ok.
  13. Once your done setting your IE options push f5 on your keyboard to refresh your browser screen.
  14. login to IQCS and try to click a screen data grid to launch the screen data in Excel.

IQCS to ROSS Overview
The IQCS-ROSS Interface will provide an automated data exchange between IQCS and ROSS. This data exchange provides overhead resource demographic, qualification and position mnemonic information used by ROSS to identify and contact the overhead resource during the dispatch mobilization process.

The Report Manager is a new report Queue that can be utilized to save steps in accessing reports which have been run from the Reports menu item in the IQCS application. It is a more efficient way for Account Manager and new users to retrieve the report because they will no longer have to click on the instance name/details and then click through several screens to access the actual document or PDF.

• 1. Navigate to the Report
• 2. Run Control – or if you have never created a Run Control then “Add a New Value”
• 3. Specify Parameters and Values for Report and Click
• 4. Click
• 5. Server Name PSNT – Type Web – Format PDF or CSV (if you want a spreadsheet)
• 6. Click ‘OK’ to Return to the Parameters page
• 7. Note Process Instance Number
• 8. Click ‘Report Manager’—It opens defaulted to the list tab.
• 9. Click Refresh until the specific report is listed on top of list. It will not appear until it is successful.
• 10. Click on Appropriate Process Instance Number
• 11. Click on Report [Name.pdf].

In the past, whenever the Admin Action was turned on for a Qual Card Position, the system required the entry of a Justification, but not the entry of the Authorizing Official. Because of this, there are a number of entries with no Authorizing Official or an invalid employee ID in the Authorizing Official text box. The Change Management Board has decided that this field is now required.

IQCS has implemented a new way for Account Managers to review their responder’s (as identified by Org or Unit) specific Job or Personal Data. This has been done to assist the users in updating responder data that is needed for specific analytical reports.

These pages have been added to allow users a quick and convenient method of correcting certain Job and Personal related data for each responder.

The following screen shot shows where on the Navigation Menu the new pages can be found.

The following screen shot shows the Summary pages when you first enter.

As you can see, the responder has not yet been loaded into the grid at the bottom of the page. To load the responder data, the user would choose a Set id and Org Id, or a Unit Id, and then click on the “Get Employee Data” button at the right. This will load all of the responders that display that Org or Unit from the Job Data page into the grid below.

Note- Org level security is tied to these pages. If the user does not have sufficient security privileges to see a specific org or unit, the responders will not load into the grid.

The following screen shot shows responders who have been loaded into the grid from the Unit Id of OR-DEF (Test Data Only used in these screen shots).

You will notice that for the first tab (Job Data 1), the data that is returned for each responder is their Org Id, Unit Id, Location Code, Training Officer, and Training Officer’s Name. Only the Location Code and Training Officer are editable by the user.

On the second tab (Job Data 2), the data for each responder includes the OPM Position (Day Job), Empl Kind, Sal Admin Plan, and Salary Grade. All fields are editable.

For the third tab (Personal Data), the data shown for each responder is the Birth date, and the SSN – all fields are editable. The SSN is only shown if it is blank, or an obviously wrong SSN. If the SSN appears to be correct, the SSN is not shown on the page (as is the case with Dawg,Old 01).

Note that for the new real time IQCS – ROSS interface, SSN is required. If the SSN for the responder does not exist, the responder’s dispatch data and quals will not be sent to ROSS.

Note- Other required fields for the IQCS to ROSS interface are…

First Name (no special characters) Last Name (no special characters)
Unit Id Dispatch Unit Id Empl Kind

Note- First Name and Last Name are required fields for the ROSS interface, and must not contain any special characters. Names have to be changed at the Personal Data page.

Examples are-

Smith Jr. Use the Suffix field for Jr. (the period is a special character). Jones (Red Team) Anything between the brackets (including the brackets) will be removed. Jones “Jonsey” Anything between the quotes (including the quotes) will be removed.

Examples that are allowable-

Smith-Jones Hyphenated last names are acceptable.
O’Brian Apostrophes are acceptable.
St Claire Spaces are acceptable.

If you are unable to see the IFPM Menu Item in the Reports Drop down it is because you do not hold the IFPM Role. This report is for IFPM managers to determine who has met, and what is needed to meet IFPM positions.
