Help desk calls and voice mail messages are monitored Monday - Friday 08:00 -16:30 MST. Calls will NOT be answered outside of these hours. Calls will be returned as soon as possible and we will try to respond within one business day of received messages. Calls placed late on Friday or during the weekend should be answered the following Monday morning.

For agency specific business policy issues/interpretations contact your Agency Lead.
Agency Leads are policy subject matter experts who can answer most business questions or,
