IQCS News May 2002 Status: New Project Manager selected and Design Phase kicks off September 2002 Status: Design Phase completed, Functional Designs approved by Inter-Agency Review Board. October 2002 Status: 12 month Construction Phase kicked off. May 2003 Status: Implementation Plan and Communication Plan drafts completed. July 2003 Status: Application Implementation Test Geographic Area identified (Great Basin). New Forest Service Business Analyst added to project team, welcome Sharon AllenBrick. September 2003 Status: IQCS User Acceptance Testing (UAT) held successfully. October 2003 Status: Great Basin IQCS Application Implementation Testing starts.
