- Easily add a row to add new taskbook
- Evaluation linked directly to the associated taskbook

- Once radio button is clicked cannot be edited (grayed out).
- To correct – delete row.
- Include first taskbook evaluation to reset the 3 year date.
- Successful evaluation is mandatory for IQCS to apply competency.

- Once the radio button is clicked, you cannot change it. You will
have to delete row and start over or “Return to Search” without
saving.
- Comments can be edited until the taskbook is completed or expired.

- Click “Refresh” for Certifier ID box to open

- When certified and saved the competency will be applied to the
individual’s record.
- Once saved, cannot be edited.

- The taskbook will expire 3 years from the date issued or from
the first experience documented on the taskbook evaluation page.
- If a taskbook expires, no documentation can be added to that taskbook.
- If the taskbook expires a new task book row
will need to be added to open and
complete
that taskbook.

- A taskbook may expire before the account manager can document
the first experience to reset the expire date on the taskbook.
- A new taskbook row would have
to be added to reopen the taskbook.

- A taskbook may expire before the account manager can document
the “successful” experience and certify the completion of the taskbook.

- A certified taskbook cannot be edited.
- An expired taskbook cannot be edited.
- The restrictions on editing and expired taskbooks ensure that
the data in IQCS is synced between the taskbook, competency, and
redcard pages.
