ROSS - IQCS Interface Information

ROSS-IQCS Interface Status
The ROSS team is expected to complete their import program for IQCS data by May 18, 2004. No data will be transferred from IQCS until then.

Dispatch Unit ID
There is a new field on the Job Information-Job Data page in IQCS that asks for the Dispatch Unit ID. Entering the Dispatch Unit Id in all your IQCS files is REQUIRED in order for qualifications data from IQCS to be downloaded to ROSS through the IQCS/ROSS Interface

Here is a quick way to add Dispatch Unit Id to your IQCS data.

These directions have nothing to do with SACS or Red Card qualifications data migrations to IQCS or downloads to ROSS

Navigate to: Workforce Administration, Job Information, Job Data and the Dispatch Unit Id is at the bottom of the Work Location page.

At the search window for the Job Data page, search for your entire organization or unit. This will return a list of all your employees. Select the first one in the list. Click on the yellow "correct history" button on the bottom right side of the screen,. Enter or look up the Dispatch Unit Id in the Dispatch Unit Id box at the bottom of the Work Location page. Then "save". Copy the Dispatch Unit Id to your clipboard. Click on the yellow "next in list" button at the bottom of the page. This will bring up the next employee in your search list. "Paste" the Dispatch Unit Id in the appropriate box and "save". Repeat this process for your entire unit. Those of you with multiple organizations/units will have to do multiple searches.
