Responder to Role Matching report.
This report gives the user the ability to see, in report
format, the same thing that he/she would see in the Person to Role Matching
pages online. Except this report will
allow the user to see the matching information for all the positions that a
responder has on his/her qual card. It
will also allow the user to see the matching information for multiple responders
or for all the responders in a unit.
Screen shots of the run control page and of a partial report
follow.

Run control page for the Responder to Role Matching
report. This shot shows the report
being run by the Unit Id of “AK-ADD”, and the report will return all responders
tied to that unit who have Positions on their Qualification Card.

Same run control page for that report, but showing the
report being run for selected individuals.
In this manner, the report can be run for one or more specifically
identified responders.

responder and the positions that she has on her Qualifications Card.
Explanation of Data (by column):
- Position: This column identifies each position
that the responder has on their Qual Card
- Stat: This identifies the status of each
position (Qualified, Trainee, etc).
- Admin
Action: Identifies whether or not
the Admin Action (override) box is checked on.
- Position
Comp: This identifies those
competencies that are required for that particular position.
- Responder
Comp: This identifies whether or
not the responder has that corresponding position on his competencies
record. If there is no value here,
the responder does not have the competency, and there will be no value in
the next column as well.
- Comp
Proficiency: This identifies the
proficiency of the competency that the responder has on his competencies
record.
- Fail
Flag: This identifies those
competencies where the responder is not meeting position
requirements. The flag may come on
due to the responder not having the competency, or the competency has
expired, or the proficiency may not be high enough (such as having a
“Moderate” fitness for a position requiring an “Arduous” fitness).
- Expire
Date: This gives the date that the
competency expires.
Notes of interest:
- If the
responder is a “T” (Training) for a given position, and the taskbook
competency has an “Active” proficiency, the fail flag will not come on
even though the taskbook is required “Certified” for the position to be
fully qualified.
- If the
“Admin Action” is on (Yes), but there are no Fail Flag indicators, then
the responder is naturally qualified for that position. In this case the user may consider
turning the “Admin Action” off for that particular position on the
responder’s qual card.
