  • NEW 4/8 - The Responder Master Record (C028) report now automatically includes the responder's business contact information (address, phone number and email address).  Correction to this information must be made at the responders Update Personal Information page. No other contact type, other than business, will be displayed to protect responder personally identifiable information (PII).
